The place is nice, and has great Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a leisure room. The staff once helped me print important documents, which I still remember. Book early for the best experience. I'm definitely coming back for Christmas!

Magnificent and convenient location, very close to everything. Breads, yoghourt, and eggs for breakfast, nice touch. Generally the service was very good.

Lovely little hotel located close to the 10 blocks, several other restaurants and the historic center. The most important - quiet and best possible location on a fenced area about 200 meters from the B & B. For tea or coffee visit Alma de Cafe nearby: D

I encountered several challenges. The first night was disrupted by loud noise from other guests, causing significant sleep loss. While I appreciated the access to a small refrigerator, it would've been even better to have an Honor bar for late-night drinks, which I felt was lacking.

The food is AMAZING with a wide array of options, including slices of fresh bread, granola, cereal, yogurt and fruit.

For us it was ideal.

Very good overall experience. Modern hotel and absolutely perfect and quiet location on a fenced area. Super bed in king room with climate control, a personal safe and coffee/tea making machines. Location close enough to all the sightseeing spots as well as Oaxaca centro. Delicious and marvellous breakfast with fresh bread, yogurt and eggs.

The cozy roof terrace provided a perfect space for relaxation and sunset views. The breakfast each morning was a good surprise, with fresh fruits, homemade yogurt, and local hot dishes, which always brought a taste of Oaxaca to the table. The staff greeted me with such warm hospitality, going out of their way to share local recommendations and tips. The room felt a bit chilly at times, despite having a heater available. Noise from nearby events occasionally disrupted the tranquil atmosphere.

We loved exploring the local markets and trying authentic street food. Breakfasts were a highlight each day, with unique local dishes. The rooftop terrace is perfect for unwinding with a view, and the super nice team with everything from recommendations to arranging day trips. Great location to walk to attractions.

We noticed the coffee served was a bit weak, which took us out to find better options nearby for our morning caffeine fix.

Had a fantastic stay with plenty of cozy corners to relax, like the peaceful rooftop terrace and a lovely sunlit lounge. The breakfasts were diverse and delicious, but I did find the room a bit chilly at times. I'd definitely recommend trying the unique local dishes served for breakfast. you won't regret it! 🌞
